Bad Service, Terrible Attitude

I will spare the reader the gory detail - it will take up more space than what is available. This company had to do some repairs on my 2 year old solar system, replaced the one "faulty" component after the next, spent hours testing the system, looking at the control panel, and then charged me a ridiculous R2225 for labour - total invoice R4734! And all this after determining (after 2 days) that the fault was a small blockage in the pipes entering through the mains water supply. The lady over the phone shouted at me, insisting on immediate payment, insulting and threatening me before putting the phone down in my ear. What a bunch of weirdos!
