Poor service and quality

Called them out to do residential tar surfacing, was told weeds and grass would be killed however within a week grass and weeds started growing through the tar which still appeared soft, its now over 2 months and grass and weeds continue to sprout, contacted michael various times kept being told he would come in a few days to have a look, obviously fake communication and no business ethic!
