My Lawn was destroyed

I appointed Lawn pro to look after my plush Lawn with specialist fertilizers and they claimed that they would rid it of weeds and ants. After 9 Months when i complained that vast areas of Lawn had died and disappeared and turned to mud the Franchise operator refused to even look at it in totality. He claimed that it had died because it did not receive full 7 hours of sunshine per day. The Lawn however had been plush and green and had evergreen shade grass in shady areas for years before he took it over. On contacting the Head Office i was VERY rudely informed that there are 1200 reasons why my lawn could die and they would not look into it AT ALL and would accept no responsibliity. Futher it was explained that they have no control over their Franchisees.

I am left with a lawn that has been destroyed, all the weeds have grown back and i have as many ants as i did in the beginning. So beware and dont believe the Ads that you see!!
