I contacted Anneline after viewing her ad on Gumtree offering "good quality roll on lawn" and purchased 50m2 of Buffalo grass. I paid her cash and in full. Firstly NO roll grass was provided, rather chunks of grass were laid and the after effect was lumpy and messy. Secondly, more than 60% of the 'buffalo' I purchased was actually weed and a combination of other grasses. I contacted Anneline and asked her to either bring me the buffalo I had paid for and remove the weeds, or to refund me so that I could organise someone else to remove the bad grass and bring me good buffalo. She ignores my calls and Sms's and does not respond to messages I leave her and she refuses to take responsibility for the poor grass she provided. She also refuses to come out so that I can prove to her that she provided shocking quality grass. I urge the public to avoid using SAJ landscaping as they do not deliver what they promise, they do not take responsibility for what they provide and they run their business without ethics. Anneline dodges phone calls and behaves in a very cowardly fashion when she is asked to step up and take responsibility for her actions. Their behaviour is shocking!
