SAFETY CONCERN IN RANDPARK RIDGE

We live in Randpark Ridge, in the spruit that runs between the houses, the grass has not been cut from the beginning of spring. The grass has grown to such an extend that it is becoming a safety risk, as well as a health risk with all the rats and mice being able to breed in the grass. We have tried calling several times with not luck.
