Durus
Don't use! They don't know what they are doing

I'm always keen to support the little guy e.g. the small business, that is primarily why I opted to make use of Durus. Unfortunately, it seems that these guys are not able to perform the correct installation of the equipment that they specialize in. I have contracted Durus to supply and install a rollup garage door and electronic motor. After reviewing their pricing to a DIY install, I reckoned that it is worthwhile enough to rather contract a professional for the job. However, it seems that these guys know even less than the DIY enthusiast! After only a couple of weeks, the one bracket on which the door is hanging is bent thus resulting in a door not rolling up/down properly. Worst even, the other bracket is becoming loose from the wall and with prolonged use will eventually fall out of the wall completely. An extremely dangerous installation that could cost the life of a person when that door comes down on someone. To reiterate! Please don't use these guys, they do not know what they are doing! Rather do it yourself or contract in a professional who knows what he is doing. Ask for references or view prior jobs but just don't make use of Durus' services!!!
