Tool inside the drink

Bought a meal at McDonald's in Cavendish square Cape Town. Inside the cool drinks, there was a tool from the cool drink dispatcher. When I went to complain the manager told me, "its not a big deal, its not like you gna die. You were drinking with a straw" what kind of service is that, I expected more from McDonald's in Cavendish square. This is really not on!!! I don't think I would ever buy from them, worse thing is he thought its a joke.
