Terrible/no after Sales service

Paid for admin of Eskom rebate for solar installation only to discover 6 weeks later that form has not been submitted to Eskom, as plumber who should have approved system resigned. That after I asked numerous times who should approve system and was told not to worry. When phoning the office in Paarl yesterday and today what a mess!! No one could tell me what happened and the owner is off sick.

The Head Office in Johannesburg is full of excuses. I would never advice anyone to use these people!!! They are responsible to manage the process to get my rebate from Eskom Terrible after sales service as a matter of fact NO service. I had to pay immediately which I did just to wait so long for my money and absolutely no progress yet.
