Awaiting forms from SEG Solutions for rebate

We had 2 geysers installed at the end of June 2013, SEG Solutions supplied us the COC from the plumbers and electricians but still had to bring the forms to be completed and submitted to Eskom. Only the supplier can submit the forms in order for us to claim the rebate - the full amount was paid by us therefore the rebate should be paid back to us. I contacted Marius a couple of times and he advised that they had problems with the registration of the supplier at Eskom but they are busy with the paperwork after which he will bring the documents through for completion. After numerous phone calls and emails, still no reply or feedback in this regard. Its been 4 months since the installation but no rebate claims submitted.
