Incomplete and sub-standard work

Many months have passed since the start of the renovation of our kitchen. Existing doors were removed for re-spraying and after many attempts for colour and finish, the doors were re-fitted. But still not the right colour or finish! In the interim we bought a new refrigerator which the workers managed to sand off the paint in three places! We told Jerome about this and he said he would look into getting someone to respray our new fridge! During the course of this conversation he put the phone down. I had our lawyer write him a letter giving him a limited time in which to make good. He returned to the job and again did not finish the paintwork to our satisfaction. The fridge also has not been sorted out. I called him last week and again he put the phone down!
