Long sad story. Gate motor started giving problems more than 2 months ago. Jean came to fix it. Gate would work for a day or 2, give problems again. Had to replace motor. Worked for 2 days. Problems getting hold of Jean. Always "out of cellphone range". Bearing ceased while trying to fix - had to replace casing. Have to "chase" him to get anything sorted. Would never take responsibility, passing the buck. Jean would (when I got hold of him) refer me from one business to the next. Always "someone else" who messed up. Finally after 2 months managed to get motor & casing assembled. "Associate" came to install - not capable at all. Jean was supposed to finish installation yesterday afternoon. Didn't pitch. Can't get hold of him. Again "out of cellphone range". Can't leave message - no voice mail option. He doesn't respond to SMS or e-mail. Worst excuse for a business I ever saw. 2 months later - still don't have a functioning gate motor. Security compromised. Jean Cordier is immature, unreliable and arrogant. His "client service" is a joke. This report would most probably mean nothing to him as he is totally clueless.
