We had 2 faulty quotes from Kraaines - first the wrong fabric was quoted for, and secondly, after a quote was supplied, accepted by us, a surcharge was added via sms. When I enquired about the extra charge, the answer was" Melissa made a mistake". Please make VERY sure if you want to deal with these people. I will definately not be returning.
