Don't pay my money back for material not received

I ordered 12sqm sandstone cladding and paid the quote (272, R3556.80) and transport (R850) in full on the 9th & 25th of July 2013 respectively to Misty Mountain Stoneworks - sales person Liana Basson. Due to bad quality of material, they could not provide the cladding to me and Liana Basson confirmed that they would pay my money back. To date (7/11/2013) after numerous phone calls, sms, emails and promises, I still have not received my money back. Misty Mountain Stoneworks is highly unprofessional, incompetent and cannot be trusted in any business transaction.
