Tilespace Northriding - Bad service and no Delive

The service I received from Tilespace Northriding is not acceptable. We chose our tiles for our bathroom and after 2 weeks of quotes being emailed back and forth, we were informed that they have stock. We paid a amount of R30, 000 with in a hour of receiving the invoice. When I phoned to confirm the delivery I was told that they have no stock and they will get back to me to confirm delivery. They did not get back I had to phone again only to be informed that they can only deliver my tiles at the END OF NOVEMBER... Really after paying them on the 30/10/2013 they can only deliver a month later!!!
