Poor customer management skills

On 31th October I attempted to return an almost new Tork Craft chassis punch after it had destroyed the workpiece that I attempted to use it on to do what the packaging described it could do. The workpiece, being a faucet sliding flange which is a piece of sheet steel plate not any more than 0.5mm thick, had been mangled and lodged into the body of the inferior Chinese quality Tork Craft chassis punch.

Today I received a rude phone call from the Builder's Warehouse plumbing isle assist, Abbey. Abbey attempted to lead the conversation in an intimidating manner, cross questioning me and speaking down to me. This infuriated me for a moment - then I shut him up!

Marlon, I don't appreciate your staff communicating with me in that manner. Your poor quality product damaged my property and your isle staff then attempt to intimidate me into accepting responsibility for the damage!

I'm not impressed. Don't call me - JUST FIX THIS!
