Forced to purchase inferior Tork Craft brand

Builders Warehouse North Riding has been out of stock of 6mm glass and tile drill bits marketed under the Blacksmith and Ruwag brands for weeks. After two weeks of following up with sales staff and the Ruwag representative I was left without a choice but to purchase this item in the incredibly inferior Tork Craft brand.

I've purchased Tork Craft products over the years during desperate times of not being able to source quality branded products. Tork Craft has proved over and over again to be the inferior brand. Tork Craft tools do not last as long as the other lower priced brands that Builders Warehouse retails. Yet again the Tork Craft drill bit that I had no choice but to purchase failed before I could complete drilling a fourth hole since unpackaging it.

Builders Warehouse, please stock up on the quality brands of this drill bit please!
