After a Geyser burst, Insurers, SA Home Loans appointed 24 Fix to sort out the repairs. However, a few technical problems arose. First, the hot water vacuum breaker, then the cold one. Eventually the T-piece pressure valve needed replacing. On each occasion a phone call to Cobra, more specifically, Igsaan Hugo, got him to come out to my residence in Durbanville, the next day, promptly, at the appointment time. If he was to be a few minutes late, he made contact with me. Even his expert advice was given in a friendly manner. Really no question was a dumb question for him. One can see and feel that he takes his work seriously. I have no hesitation to make use of his services again if I develop a problem again. Hugo, your work is appreciated.
