NON DELIVERY

Hi

I ordered goods from build it. Received your invoice. Made FULL payment ON TUESDAY.

Requested delivery TODAY 8 August 2013 as my builders are Arriving today to build their zozo hut. Built it confirmedg delivery.

When I arrived today at 17h00 only 1500 bricks was deliver of my order of 40k which included 10k bricks. NOT ACCEPTABLE. We phoned build it and spoke to Samson who confirmed that the sink and poles will be delivered tonight. NON WAS DELIVERED. My builders arrived and I had to rent a cottage for accommodation tonight and tomorrow on the public holiday!

I am planning to spend 400k on building supply's. THIS SERVICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I kindly request that built it wilL diver MY ENTIRE DELIVERY AND MAKE GOOD FOR THE ADDITIONAL UNPLANNED COST OF MY BUILDERS ACCOMMODATION.
