The supplier did some residential waterproofing. The following is stated on the Invoice: A three-year guarantee is effective on our workmanship, on full and final settlement (Subject to terms and conditions).
Please retain this invoice for future correspondence quote invoice / quotation number above.

Final payment was made in May 2013. 7 September saw the first heavy rain in Johannesburg and the roof leaked! When I notified David, he said that he does not honour his guarantee in Johannesburg. Invoices display membership of the Master Builder and Allied Traders' Association in Western Cape. An enquiry to them indicates that A&A National Roofing IS NO LONGER A MEMBER.

Invoices display membership of Waterproofing and Roofing Association Cape. They are not listed as a member on [URL Removed]
