Non existent after sales support

Couch was bought from Essops last year August. Screws are falling out and mechanism on recliner is not working. Called Essops on 07/03/2013 to come and repair as couch under gurantee, keep giving us the run around and passing the buck. Numerous calls later no such luck, still waiting for them to fetch couch for repairs 2 months later. Pathetic service! Will never buy from them again.
