Greenlight ZA not honouring refund

Greenlight ZA supplied me with LED lighting products and shipped them directly to me. I was not happy with the products and returned them at MY OWN COST. Since I asked for a refund they have not contacted me and ignored my calls and mails to respond. I still have had no refund into my account as yet.
