Bad workman ship

The contact was handed to Colorite Contractors 011 869 8375 by my home owners insurance after a strong wind blew a tree over that fell on the wall the wall had to be rebuild _ 15m they clean-up repairs started on 04 09 2013 it took until 03 10 2013 to fix it and after many complaints and repairs of loose bricks, there is still loose bricks I have given up no more it will have to stay like this I believe the claim was R.21000.00. I was told by Patrick this job should have taken _ 7 days
