OUTSURANCE WILL NEVER PAY a 3rd PARTY CLAIM

A car passing me on the Seaview Road in Port Elizabeth had a surfboard come loose from its roof rack, it fell onto the nose of my 3 month old Ford Ranger. The driver and i agreed that i will lodge a 3rd party claim with her insurer, OUTSURANCE. After months of hearing nothing i eventually contacted OUTSURANCE and they investigated the claim overnight! At 07H11 this morning 7 April 2013 that they will not repair my car as it was an act of nature. The strong wind blew the surfboard of the passing cars roof and their client was not negligent! I will not accept this and will take further measures.

HAHAHA dear OUTSURANCE will loose me as a customer as my property is ensured with them!
