Bought new Telefunken dryer and stopped working after one year! Reported as it has 2 year guarantee! Followed up on Saturday 5th October 2013 was told they will call me on Monday 7 th! Till now no call and the fault was reported on the 16 th of August! This is unacceptable and I will not recommend anyone to purchase any appliance and or any electrical equipment from these people as the after sales service is none excitant! I actually have never had any service that can be called good from Builders warehouse!
