I have been send from pillar to post regarding delivery, between the two of them they don't provide provide, they promise and they don't deliver. Over promise and under deliver. Lack of accountability. The builder has packed his stuff and left and I have already paid him.

They promised delivery will take place on Tuesday the 1st and only a few things, they making their problem my problem, talk about passing the bug. Ever since I have been helped by three people.

Yesterday Gwen promised me that things will sorted out, I phone her today and she tells me that she is not at work I should call Shandree who never phoned me back yesterday like she promised. What happens to my phone bill as I have been the one who is been phoning them for update.

No ampathy on their side what so ever. What must I do to get service from them. I feel my rights as a customer has been violated. Gwen I hope the roller door has been ordered as I am getting different stories from everyone. Please take your staff to a customer service training, faith, trust has been lost and how are you going to recover this. I expect delivery within 24 hours and an apology in writing, Service will not recommend u to any1
