They dont deliver neither call back?

So my package was to be delivered today, as they said yesterday when they told the sender that they cant get hold of me and I had to call them.

So they said they was at my house just after 8am? Why could they not have phoned me as they must have been at the wrong place?
I was home and my 2 workers,?

I left 2 messages for them to call me back and that does not happen?

I need my package as I promised my customer I can help him this afternoon as DHL told me that will do delivery today?

Is this the service that I paid for?

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME???

Let me know where I can collect my package as i need it and Paid for DHL to deliver at my house I will go and collect it even if I paid for delivery, as they do not deliver at my door as was promised.
