Horrible experience purchasing our home!

I must start off saying that at first Camissa was wonderful to deal with, Ahmed promised everything we asked for, we signed the contract, payed R400 000 deposit in cash, and the exciting wait for our dream home started.

This excitement quickly turned into frustration, first it came in the form of a massive long wait for them to get started on our home... once they actually got going this was promptly followed by a massive amount of downtime, whereby no one touched our house for at least a month.

Then came the real issues, first off we agreed upon raised ceilings which was included in the price, Ahmend conveniently forgot about that and we had to fight to actually get this included back, but only got the bottom ceiling included.

Another agreement was that we would get screed flooring, included in the price, and again this morning I receive a call that once again Ahmed has conveniently forgot about this.

Our entire experience buying a house has been ruined, Camissa properties promise the world but only delivers frustration, in spades.

Avoid buying from Camissa, rather use one of the other developers in the area.
