Bad workmanship not taking ownership, Lorrie in charge of the contracting team does not care about customer service while in construction phase teams arrive on site at 12 pm then have lunch on site start working at 1 pm then leave at 4pm. In the 4 hours of work take short cuts to get the job done. Our marblelite is stained with dirty hand marks in marblelite rough sharp edges that cut your feet. The paving is uneven with grouting cracking and coming out. The filter was not enclosed only provided cover after days of fighting, Had on site meeting with Riaan and Lorrie on the 16 Jan 2013 still no reply today being the 11 Feb 2013 even though we have held back the last payment and send countless emails to Riaan and info@Penguin pools. Would not be surprised they try to summons us for monies owing as they don't care about any client. Please anyone wanting to install a pool DO NOT USE PENGUIN POOL EAST LYNN
