Dont ever use these people

Last year we ordered a pool from Mr Shell they said it would take about 3 weeks to put in. Guess what it took almost 8 weeks. No supervision on site Johan does not belong in the pool industry they don't no what customer service is. I caught him out on so many that he told, there is always a excuse to do the work. And now there guarantee means nothing if you phone him to come and correct an error on the pool etc and you make a appointment with them to come and fix it but they never show. There is always a excuse the electrician did not come in or someone died (All). They are happy to take your money but they will never deliver. Never use these people they are all artists. After all these complaints on hellopeter they will probably just close the cc and open another one as they did before.
