Phone put down in my ea

I asked the company for a quotation and heard nothing. I phoned again 5 days later. They said that Quentin would phone me back. I heard nothing and phoned again two days later. The guy who answered said that it was a difficult quotation. When I asked when I can then it expect it, he said that Quentin would phone me. I reminded him that Quentin was supposed to phone the previous time, which he didn't. He then asked me what I think he should do, and put the phone down. I tried to phone again, but they didn't answer.
