Rather give Vaal Sanitaryware a Miss

We are doing renovations to the only bathroom at our house and selected a Vaal closed coupled suite water closed (toilet).

Since we placed our order with a local distributor on 31 August 2013 the problems started. To date we have not received a working unit since there seems to be a manufacturing fault.

Now in the 4th week (23 September 2013) and still nothing... Therefore I would strongly recommend to rather look at different manufacturers to safe yourself valuable time and money.

Now the supply of a working unit is causing a delay on the rest of the renovation work.
