JOB HALF DONE AND CRAZY BAD ATTITUDE!

This 'man' should definitely not be in business!
I hired him to do a job on tiles in my home, he quoted me a price. He then send a 20 odd year old and a tiller he has never worked with before, after I told him I need the job done properly because its a delicate job.
They broke 4 tiles, laid the tiles skew and he didn't even come to look at the job once. I paid him in full, knowing it was done half heartedly, but hoping the tiles would settle like they told me they would. Less than 4 days later the grout they put in started popping out, when I phone him to tell him this, he simply said he doesn't know how that can be possible. I said well neither do I! They the people who did the word in the first place! We arranged for him to come the Monday which of course he had a excuse to not come. Phoned him this morning again and he just said... you better get someone else to finish the job because your fg me around. He then proceeded to put the phone down in my ear. He has a SERIOUS ATTITUDE problem and the LAST THING he should be doing is have a business. I wonder if he's wife knows what a cheat and bad business man he is, I feel sorry for her for have to live with him. Its a disgrace
