Didnt get what we paid fo

We went to buy tiles from CTM to finish a project we are doing at home. we bought 20 sheets of mosaic tiles and then went around to collect. when we went to collect they guy just dumped everything in our car and we left we got home to fourways to unload the tiles and they only gave us 17 of the 20 tiles that we paid for. they each cost R29-99 so that is almost R90 that we lost because their staff is incompitant. i then the next day go there and tell them about the problem and the rude man that was 'helping' me says there is nothing he can do because we didnt sign the slip. so i have to through away R90 because of their incompantance.
