Rudy vd Berg is selling goods that do not exist!!!

Rudy van der Berg came to me to sell a used freezer and cold room. He needed cash upfront to reserve the goods. As soon as i gave him the money he never installed the units. He gave me all sorts of excuses. He even made appointments with my client to install the units, wich he never pithed for. He gave me intensionally a wrong adress of himself. Eventully when he got out off exuces he promised to return my money in full. He then told his fiance to call me and make more empty promises. I ask her their adress and she gave me a diffirent adress again. After investigation i hear from a lot off bussines people that i must NEVER do bussines with him.
The money he took fraudelent from me is R21000. This guy is selling goods that he never had. On different accasions i ask him to see the units and he always have exuses.
