PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

Never in my life have I received such pathetic service not to mention going through the torture of speaking to incompetent personell. I've been trying to fine my parcel for nearly two weeks. Right after I received my tracking number I realised that the delivery adress is wrong. I contacted them the same day and changed the delivery adress. Spoke to Gordon Mkopopa he promised me the adress was changed but he first have to track where my parcel is - he didn't come back to me so I phoned again, he then said he was about to contact me. I didn't receive my parcel so the next day I phoned again -Spoke to Queen Mahkoba - she informed me the adress wasn't changed so the parcel was sent to the wrong adress again. Eventually I spoke to a jessica and she gave me 2 cellphone numbers I can call. After speaking for nearly an hour to Kabelo Malallane he promised me he will handle it himself, when I phoned him on the telephone number this morning on this number 0836802167 I was informed that This is a private number and I shouldn't phone again. I even offered to pick up my parcel myself. I have to start studying and submit assignments - how am I suppose to do that if I can't get my books?
