Poor Service SHOCKING QUALITY

Typical problem of paying upfront for a product you do not have.
We were promised delivery daily for over three weeks.
Factory phone and mobile numbers rarely answered with insufficient feedback or lack thereof.

The kitchen units where delivered and installed. On inspection. Units are not aligned. Door locks are falling off the door. General outer and internal appearance shocking. Fixing of the units to the wall equally shocking.

We are still waiting for a bedroom cupboard but will return ALL the goods and expect our money back!

Ethically and aesthetically an absolute disgrace to craftsmen!
