Bmw Zambezi
POOR SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM

BMW Zambezi auto repair centre is a confusion and disorder. After involved in an accident my car was towed to them for repairs... now it's been three week and i don't even know the progress of their work on my car. I called them several times, left several messages and no one bothered to call me. This morning i called again and was kept on hold for 15 min and was dropped after that.

This is not acceptable and is not in accordance with the consumer act. I am fed-up!!!
