Waiting for final costing Invoice for 3 months

I have requested BMW SA to intervene and assist me with a final costing Invoice from BMW Auto and Repairs Zambezi but Mr Ali Kgagane dismissed my complaint. I am very disappointed and appalled by the type of service received from both BMW SA and BMW AUTO AND Repairs Zambezi. I have been waiting for an invoice for over two months and i am now unable to finalize my insurance claim due to the delay
