Bad workmanship

On 12/06/2012 they gave us a quotaion (we paid 50%). They promised to install the lapa blinds and various covers within 2 weeks. They only started on 25/07/2012. We called them back numerous times for bad workmanship as his work was under guarentee, they made appointments but never pitched up. We had an appointment for 03/09/2013 and he again did not come. The only resort is now to take legal action.
