Poor Workmanship and Service Delivery

We had our pool re-aligned with charcoal marbilite in Jan 2013. After 10 days the marbilite started pealing and the charcoal colour never materialised. After a couple of phone calls we were assured that he will address the problem but he never pitched. We are still waiting but communication has now broken down completely and we are busy with legal action against this provider. The workmanship is very bad and the service is just unacceptable.
