Construction & Repair

Paid a deposit on 24/07/2013 for a bench cushion and blinds. Said the cushion would be done in a weeks time. No Cushion to date. They said that the blinds are taking long as they changed supplier. Made several dates and kept on giving excuses why they are not bringing it. Finally cancelled order on the 01/10/2013 after they said that the blind company produced the wrong colour and sizes. Asked for the cushion and difference in deposit back. Made several dates when they would come, didn't pitch or had non valid excuses.
Taking legal action.
