I am an Interior Designer who has used their services to manufacture furniture for my projects. I have had repeated issues and problems with every single job I have used them for. Eventhough I have spent hundreds of thousands with them, they are not even concerned with keeping the client happy. Their policy is they are right end of. Even to the case of causing me extensive embarrassement with my clients. Their argument is they are quick to repair, but why does so much have to go wrong? From short quoting and expecting me to pay, poor quality control, damaged items through transport, cutting corners in repairing items, quick turn around time to having to return items as they are incorrect. I'm sure this enquiry will result in all the blame being put on me as it has always been. But I strongly suggest you put this on your website as they say I am a one off. But how is it possible that so much can go wrong with one person, surely this must be effecting other clients. I am doing this to save other people headaches as there are a lot of people that design and make furniture who are professional, concerned about pleasing the client and wanting to offer a high standard of service.
