Solar panel nightmare

June 2012. With a 50 % deposit and balance on completion was paid for a solar heated pool system
Piping keeps cracking at various points in the entire system causing damage to walls and roof. A larger pump had to be fitted to accommodate the distance from the panels to the pool. ( which I suspect was a refurbished/ used pump.) Unfortunately they did not think to fit a larger sand filter for the increased pressure. The result was a seized motor. There is no fitting to allow for drainage when not in use and the entire system has been fitted incorrectly. Over this period I have repaired and replaced many times as best, at my own considerable cost.
Numerous attempts to get this resolved or for any recompense, has been met with total ignorance and distain. To date there has been no communication or attempts from them to resolve. I now have no alternative but to dismantle and remove this entire system as it is no longer repairable. Never, never, use these people. They are totaly untrained, inadequate, unprofessional with no experience to supply this service. They should be reported for fraudulantly advertising this service.
