Poor service and even poorer plumbing

Erwee plumbers replaced a geyser at our house. According to the advertisement in the Record newspaper the amount is R5250 for a replacement kwikot geyser all services and pipes etc. included. After a phone call that was confirmed by the owner. The owner was never present before, during or after the installation. The one person fell asleep during the work. There are several leaks in the pipes. A bucket of water per day are captured under the leaks, and the owner denies that it is possible. Even though he was never present to witness this himself. The owner received his money immediately, but after complaints about the work he promised to repair two days later but never pitched. He then became very irritated and put the phone down in my ear. He did not write up a proper invoice either, promised to send it via email but didn't. According to him there was a month wherein he would come back if there were any complaints. This is clearly not the case. They are totally incompetent and I do query if they pay due taxes as well as they did not provide a proper invoice. This case I am definitely taking to the small claims court if I don't receive service from this company soon.
