Not delivered the pump, not returned our deposit

We gave John van der Merwe a R7, 000 deposit in December for a heat pump he promised to install by January but then the chase began. Not Jan but Feb, then March, now April. When it became clear he wasn't going to deliver, after multiple demands he agreed to give our money back. To date he has failed to do so. Speaking to people who have known him for some time, it is clear that he is a complete man. We are going to pursue this matter in court once we track him down - any info gratefully received! Don't touch Excel Energy with a barge pole
