Unethical and dishonest building contractor

We had a contract in place with this company to complete a residential building project, we are now 6 months passed the completion date and it is only 80% complete with payment taken for work that has not been done. All attempts to contact this company including telephonic and written has been ignored.

To anyone considering using this company for building or alterations to your house, I strongly urge you not to. You will be faced with countless empty promises, deliberate untruths, ridiculous delays, incomplete work, non payment to sub contractors/workers and to top it all of.

This is what we have experienced with this company and have since learnt he has done this on numerous previous occasions.
