Cupboards Unlimited: take your money and RUN!

I was asked to pay a deposit of R1200 for a R1800 cupboard job, which I did on 10/01. A month later, Jaco de Klerk arrived to install, reeking of booze and unable to focus. The measurements were all wrong. He agreed to refund me for the money I had paid (R1200) but 2 and a half months later and he has not refunded me - not even a cent! He doesn't answer or return my calls and refuses to give me his address where a small claims court summons can be sent! This guy is a skelm! Do NOT use him under ANY circumstances!!
