Guarantee never supplied for Geyser

When my geyser burst Santam informed me I was to use Imbaza Trading as the approved provider. A quote was received and as soon as I paid the deposit it was upped by R4000.The possibility that Santam are in collusion with this company is big as once a quote was received, Santam changed their tune, paid that amount to me and told me to continue with the deal without their supervision. I refused to pay the increased amount and a compromise was reached. The Kwikhot solar geyser was fitted and I have never received either the statement or the guarantee despite numerous calls and promises that it would be delivered that day, the last call being to "Fred" yesterday. The owner rents a house in the same street and estate where I live so there is no problem getting it to me. There is no follow up or backup provided and the big problem is the complete lack of a guarantee or documentation apart from the quotation. I wouldn't recommend anyone to touch this company for any business dealings. The connection with Santam also needs investigation.
