Santam exceeded my expectations

Last week sunday my geyser broke and after many unsatisfactory dealings on the Santam claims line that day i was delighted when my accessor Terania Naidoo stepped in. Response times with Terania exceeded my expectations and im very grateful for that especially as we are coming into the festive season so timing is quite crucial.
