Good Day

I am a resident of Cosmo City ext.8 and for the past week we have been having blackouts everyday @ 7pm and its about 10 to 15 houses that are affected. I called in today to the customer care and spoke to Catherine and was told they can't help me because I am not at home and I think that is a pathetic excuse I left home the was no electricity I report it then they tell me they can't help so who is suppose to help us, clearly there is a problem if it's happening for a week just to go to corner Burma and Maldovia crescent in cosmo city extension 8 and find out what the problem is or if the poles are all functioning ok would not kill anyone.
